“A picture speaks a thousand words," at least it can when it comes to customer satisfaction.
With customers' habits evolving with technologies, images can be used in a new way, to bring revolution into selling points of enterprises. In particular, for businesses that use Salesforce's solutions, leveraging visual content could turn out to be the magic pill in enhancing customer satisfaction--by delivering smarter services.
SharinPix, a revolutionary venture from Paris, France, with its vision to "Empower. Leverage. Automate." is changing the narrative in this direction for stakeholders who are willing to evolve and take the next step.
Unlike other players in the existing market, SharinPix goes a step further from being just an app at the Salesforce store and transcends into "a business-oriented toolbox" that offers a fresh way to capitalize on the use of images with its unique image management and image recognition expertise.
"Pictures are a part of the feedback and information collected," says Jean Michel Mougeolle, Co-Founder and CEO of SharinPix, a key actor of the Salesforce community, and the very first French Salesforce MVP and the French User Group President since 2012. He goes on to say, "Salesforce already offers methods to guide the users in this context, but SharinPix enhances this with its capability to capture pictures more efficiently, and allows to add information on top of those images through annotation, comments or even information gathered, such as geolocation."
SharinPix is not just taking images from time to time; the images are a crucial part of the workflows and the process that they have on the field
Alongside this, Sharinpix addresses two other crucial elements troubling customers, storage and automation. While the former is taken care of with Sharinpix's unlimited storage capabilities for a licensed user; the latter was a bit tricky to solve.
As Jean Michel informs, "getting images uploaded is just the initial part of the job; to leverage them, they need to be generated as PDF report, views and emails among others." Adding to woes above, those images should then be resized automatically and made available for all the native Salesforce tools which permit such re-use. SharinPix ticks all the boxes by natively supporting these needs enabling the images to be made available for Salesforce tools and automation, so they can be available for search in the search engines, ready to be used in documents, displayed on websites, or just part of a validation process. “SharinPix is not about just taking images from time to time, the images are a crucial part of the workflows and the process that they have on the field,” asserts Jean Michel.
SharinPix is filling another existing void for critical business processes through its AI expertise--with substantial experience in Einstein Vision capabilities and the associated image recognition projects. Einstein Vision can help to “visually listen” and detect attributes about an image, such as detecting a brand logo, customers can find products that best match their preferences online, measure retail shelf-share to represent top-selling products and many more.
In an instance, SharinPix’s application was used by a major drilling company to validate every step of a drilling procedure. A generated PDF was then sent automatically to the customer, including the images, to make it more visual and offer proof of project progress.
Today, all the SharinPix features available from the mobile app can also be accessed through a desktop, and the application even works offline with compatibility for all Salesforce mobile applications. SharinPix delivers its solutions to more than 200 clients globally and hosts more than 20 million images for them. Being the recipient of several awards such as Powered by Lightning – Dreamforce, the firm continues to enhance its technological capabilities further to streamline business processes.
